Doctor Biggerstaff was very good. He identified the problem and made arrangements for me to get injects. I would recommend him to anyone having issues with there feet.
I was called by the practice very soon after my MRI. I was impressed by the speed in which I got in to see the doctor. But We did not go over my results. Questions I had about the report were dismissed without discussion. I have a chronic condition for which there is no cure. I understand that my care is more at a palliative level. But knowing how to live and manage my care requires a care provider who is more collaborative than most providers are used to. I felt that this doctor is not the best fit for me or my condition.
Dr Biggerstaff is an extremely good listener and paid attention to my thoughts—I appreciated that immensely
I have seen other doctors for my condition and I finally feel like I can get better. Super happy with the staff and the doctor!!
