He is always cheerful! Listens to my concerns. Great ankle surgeon!
Dr Biggerstaff was wonderful. He explained everything step by step and has a genuine caring personality.
If I could leave no stars, I absolutely would. No time table for recovery. He grabbed my foot that’s clearly broken not easy or sensitive at all. No medication for pain said it wasn’t broke. Hospital called today, and said it had a displaced fracture. He put me in a walking boot and said I couldn’t work. No timetable for recovery. Should someone with a broke foot be put in a walking boot after 4 days and told to walk? That’s doubtful. Terrible experience. Dr. Biggerstaff needs to think about a career change.
Maybe Scott Biggerstaff was a good doctor at some point. For me, he, didn't do a thorough exam, and was dimissive and condescending.
