Friendly with a polite dog named Hatty very thoughtful and respectful
This is not a review of Dr. Beidermann. He had no openings for 5 months so have to see a different doctor. However, the girl who answered the phone tried to tell me I need to see a urologist when I’ve been referred to see a nephrologist for secondary hyperparathyroidism with history of large kidney stones. Admin staff needs to be trained on what conditions the doctor treats.
I was in Baylor Regional hospital in Plano and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Biedermann during my stay. He wasn't my Dr. but he would stop by to see how I was feeling and if there was anything he could do for me as he was making his rounds to see his patients. He is an amazing person, so upbeat wearing his Hawaiian shirt and drinking his mountain dew. I love him and his demeaner. Very rare indeed. Thank you Dr. Biedermann I am the woman who said I knew you because you are famous and it is true.
Dr Biederman and staff extremely thorough and friendly. Would recommend.
