Scott is very rude. He is so disrespectful. Do not go to him.
You should be disbarred for the way you handled my case, or lack thereof I should say. Being so unprofessional. Mr. Ballard is extremely professional, trustworthy, and reliable. He represented me and did an outstanding job on every level. I recommend Scott Ballard to anyone seeking legal representation and guidance.
Just an overall horrible human being. Zero interest in helping anyone, especially when he’s assigned as court appointed attorney. The whole system is broken (especially in Washington County) and it’s people like him who allow it to continue. The only good thing that has come of his “help” back in 2016 is the drive it gave me to go to law school.
