If I can give him a negative rating, I would. Scott Ballard is ridiculous. I paid him $5000 retainer fee to get a divorce after serving my now ex-Wife, I did not hear anything from him for a court date. I’ve requested multiple times to see and there was nothing… They were dodging my calls in my emails so I ended up paying another $2500 to another Lawyer. You should be disbarred for the way you handled my case, or lack thereof I should say. Being so unprofessional. I thought it was my fault in some way shape or form on how things continued to go wrong. Come to find out it's not me. It was your unprofessionalism, devious ways and flat out careless acts. Just an overall horrible human being. Zero interest in helping anyone, especially when he’s assigned as court appointed attorney. The whole system is broken (especially in Washington County) and it’s people like him who allow it to continue. The only good thing that has come of his “help” back in 2016 is the drive it gave me to go to law school.
