Neil actually called from South Carolina to make sure that my needs were met. They even arranged for an exterminator service to meet us to do a termite inspection. I was bowled over by what a thorough inspections they did! I had both Mr. Scotts at the inspections, spent three hours, which meant a total of six man hours. The report came to me on a Sunday night - amazing! AND the report itself was so thorough, detailed, and easily understood a by a layperson. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you, Scott and Scott!
