Scott and Maddie have assisted us over the last 7 years renting a condo and purchasing and selling our first house in Toronto. They have provided incredible support in their real estate knowledge, negotiating the best prices, and helping us with all the details around staging, closing, and moving. They have become close friends of ours in the process and can’t recommend them enough!
Really enjoyed working with Scott and Maddie for the second time. The first time was to purchase my condo and the second time was to sell my condo. They are extremely knowledgable about the current market and offered great advice when it came to the listing price. As well, they have an excellent staging team that stands out from other stagers. I worked directly with Scott, who I found really responsive, helpful, and an overall pleasure to work with.
