"Scott did an amazing job selling my Yorba Linda home. I own several homes and investment-properties, and I've had a lot of experience working with realtors. First, I was very impressed when Scott came over to work on my lawn! That was not something he had to do, however, (to me) it spoke volumes! 99% of real estate agents would see that as being below their pay grade. Not Scott. We met Scott at an open house, and we are so glad we did. I've worked with a few realtors purchasing homes and investment properties and I can honestly say - Scott is among the best. Scott is very skilled, however, what I appreciated most about Scott was his impressive negotiating skills. He was able to help us get a great deal on our house. He is also a great person who is wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a realtor - we highly recommend!
