Our neighbor recently sold her same-model home for less than $1M. We felt our home was worth far more than that. The challenge (with that recent comparable sale) was finding the right realtor who could sell our home at a significantly higher price and justify the difference in price to potential buyers and to an appraiser. We are in the midst of a vote on an assessment increase - Scott/Cindy put letters on every home in the HOA offering their "unbiased" opinion as "neighbors"! MARKETING PLOY. They are selling a home in Horizons - shame on you, as a realtor you ARE BIASED. You want to sell the home, make money and move on! Leave us alone you do not know everything about us!

"Scott did an amazing job selling my Yorba Linda home. I own several homes and investment-properties, and I've had a lot of experience working with realtors. First, I was very impressed when Scott came over to work on my lawn! That was not something he had to do, however, (to me) it spoke volumes! 99% of real estate agents would see that as being below their pay grade. Not Scott.
