Well where do I start? He was absolutely amazing! He wasn't just trying to sell plot just to get it off of his hands. He listened and even made jokes! Normally the jokes from any other Realtor would be cheap and just to butter you up for a sales pitch. But he was hilarious! To be perfectly honest I can't describe how good of a Realtor he is! You may just have to experience it for yourself. Trust me you won't regret it!
I spoke with several realtors before moving forward with selling my house. Scott's presentation at our initial meeting was the most professional; however, at the same time he made me feel more comfortable about the process. We may have only just met, but he made it seem as though we were old friends. Scott had great recommendations for staging and prepping the house for sale.
