I saw Dr. Scott for a number of months hoping to correct a back problem...the problem was corrected AND after having an MRI learned it would NEVER be corrected by his treatment. Add to this....when most insurance plans dropped coverage of part of his "electro-stimulation" treatment...he NEGLECTED to tell patients how much it would cost and that they had the option of not getting that treatment...AND billed it later.
