Short waiting time, upfront, very nice and considerate
Dr McPherson was very personable and informative as he went through his examination. He explained the possible problem areas and the tests needed to narrow down the source. I was impressed with Dr. McPherson and his staff in locating same day schedule openings for these tests thus saving me another 3 hour one way trip back to Sioux Falls.
Very professional staff. Receptionist was friendly and made the check in process simple and quick. The lady who took me to the exam room never introduced herself. Her badge was backwards, so name and professional position was not visible. I believe the history concerning why I was seeking treatment was very through. Very good eye contact.
