Always great service and support! Highly recommend this optometrist. Had the opportunity to be seen by another doctor who covers on the weekends and she was wonderful!
Dr. Macdonald was great and I thought she did a great job in the eye exam. However, I was disappointed to find out she does not take insurance and is out-of-network for VSP. The first part of this was told to me as I was walking into the office for the exam and not when I set up the appointment. The receptionist told me that it would be no problem, I just have to submit the claim to VSP to be reimbursed since they do not handle insurance. I submitted the claim and was reimbursed the $105 but they took it out of my contact's ... read more
