During a physical, her hearing ability was point on in hearing my chest murmur. I was directed to a heart doctor and he could not believe she had the ability to hear such a faint sound! Could not recommend a better doctor! Very caring and efficient!
Dr. Jung takes the time to listen to his patients. He shows his concern for you. And is very helpful.
for the first time in my life I finally have control over my seizures. I couldn't drive or work prior and now I am. I was referred to him when my neighbor told me she sees him and said I should go. He is very kind, took lots of time and already read my chart from the different doctors I had in the past. I mean he knew it and was not looking at the computer asking me is this correct about the time at CMC or piedmont and what medications I tried. I felt like he cared about me and was very smart in how he explained everything.
In my lifetime I've come across a lot of physicians, and I will have to say that Dr Wallace is hands down one of the best. She has been nominal when it comes to explaining everything. There is no question she will not go above and beyond to try and answer to the best of her ability. I feel like my children are safe in her care. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those seeking a specialist in pediatric neurology.
I have never needed a neurologist before but I had a stroke. Dr Jung is approachable, answers my questions fully and honestly, and has a great sense of humor. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Long listens to his patient's concerns and symptoms they present the moment he enters the exam room. He doesn't pressure his patient's to hurry up, but just the opposite allows them time to to tell him what symptoms the are experiencing so he can make a diagnoses and create the correct treatment plan. I feel very blessed to have him as my PCP.
I had emergency surgery. When I initially met Dr. Reyes was in the hospital. his decisiveness to perform surgery left me uneasy. He did not explain to me preop or postop procedures to me at all. I felt I had to pull answers out of him as he was not forthcoming. He doesn’t explain details or have explanations that would instill confidence. My surgery went well, but had two followup appointments in which I saw him once. Even briefly seeing him, he did not have much to say or explain to me. Dr. Reyes is kind, patient and an excellent provider. My surgery with him went way beyond my expectations and my recovery went very quickly without complications. Can't thank this man enough!
He is down to earth, easy to talk to, and very helpful.
