VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKS HERE!!!!! No follow ups or respond to you! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM It has been WORSE experience working with Mack and TJ. We picked up the load with them and had delivery apt for 0900. Driver checked in early for his appointment and then we notified TJ with the delay and we were just told "receiver is backed up" and i emailed again after 5 hours and my emails were ignored. Load was booked with Collyn, truck was dispatched and on the way to pu. He called me after 1h and cancelled the load with no reason and didint pay tonu. Terrible.
One of the worst brokerage company I ever worked with. The dispatch have attitude and lying on your face.
