If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a load, driver initiated electronic tracking and interacted through tracking system at check in, 2 hr mark without being unloaded and check out. Driver then submitted the gate pass and POD through the system as well. In each notification, the broker was included on the email. I then emailed the broker direct for an updated rate con to be sent to us. Liar works there. I booked the load with Jacob and he promised that he will pay detention after 2 free hours, it took 5 hours for my driver to be loaded , so after my driver delivered the load he just paid twenty bucks saying that the policy is 4 free ours and did not want to hear anything about what he confirmed me, that detention will start after 2 hours , don`t trust them , they will promised you anything because they need to cover the load , and then they will break the promise when it`s done.
