Overprices for what it is – This place is overpriced, the security is terrible, and the leasing office personnel are only marginally helpful. There are many criminals that wander into this place.
Stay away, don't be fooled, you will pay more than you think – This is one wretched little joint, where they are no doubt only trying to extract what they can until the place falls apart and then they will collect their insurance money and sell the land I am sure. The management is full of snakes and the place is an absolute dump. It seems like maybe rent is low, but they charge you some strange extras. Wouldn't live there – I used to live there, the management was not nice at all. They would try to get more money every time on different things. I had something stolen out of my apartment by one of the people that worked there and the management didn't want to deal with it . I wouldn't go live there!!!
