My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Jaguar F - Type in August of 2020. In early April of 2021, we first noticed that the front passenger tire had a plug that was put on the sidewall of the tire, which in most states if not all is illegal. When you called us in April 2021 to tell us about the paint on your bumper chipping from rocks, we arranged - even though it was eight months after your purchase - for it to be repaired at no-cost to you, the very next week. We also provided you a courtesy loaner vehicle at no charge as a sign of goodwill because we value our customer relationships.
