Today, Chris Thomas had a procedure completed by Dr. Lavigne at Laurinburg ENT Clinic. I felt like I took a trip back in time to when people were focused on customer service. Every single person that we encountered was pleasant, smiling, well-groomed and expressed concern for my husband. The Dr himself explained the procedure and answered all of our questions. He, himself, then offered us a "cup of coffee or bottle of water" while we waited. Courtesy, respect and kindness....rare!!! Please tell everyone you know!
