This place is terrible… I went to this place for repairs and an alignment. After the repairs and alignment were done I paid and drove home but I had to call them back because the steering wheel was still crooked when driving straight. They told me to bring it back. After being checked again(they were not happy they had to recheck) they then told me that it was fine and that this was normal because “my rear was seized” and they can’t do anything about it. I've used ScotiaTire in the past & found them be to pretty good, but my recent experience with them was awful to say at least. I went to get my car MVI'd after it originally failed an inspection. I had all of the work completed prior to re-inspecting the vehicle based on what the original shop that MVI'd the car suggested needed to be replaced. Long story short, it didn't pass with ScotiaTire (Coast) claiming that it needed more work completed. No harm no fowl, so I thought until I went to pay for the inspection. Instead of ... read more
Really good experience. No overselling or over charging, straight to the point and helpful advice, got my winter tirees changed in a couple of hours.
You can find better, more honest, less rude service elsewhere easily enough.
