Kept an 86 yo lady waiting an hour for a 10 minute appointment without any explanation or apology !
I had my hip arthroscopy here and from the intake personel, to every single nurse, to the anesthesiologist, it was as pleasant an experience a surgery can be. They were all thorough and very empathetic with a real sense of care.
Fine universal health care service we have here. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that my ankle got sliced open and that is no fun. Efficient, no crazy wait time, good staff, great anesthesiologist, Dr. Sweet. The best surgeon, Dr. Coady.
Arrived hour and half early as directed only to sit in very uncomfortable waiting room for over an hour and a half. At one point got told they didn’t have to tools necessary to complete the surgery... even though it was booked 3 months earlier. I will update after I actually get the surgery but so for quite disappointing and frustrating. Still sitting, standing, pacing and they are unapologetic and seem put off if I ask for a timeline!!!
