Please listen to the negative reviews about the property manager Emil. In my time living here, he was always rude, accusatory, and unprofessional. He aggressively questioned my family's guests and often harassed us, so it was time for me and my family to move from here. He talks over you, insults you, and doesn't take accountability for his mistakes (and will instead blame you for the mistake he made). These aren't rare occurrences, either. He'll do this to you daily or weekly. Our family could never feel at peace here.
Me and my family moved a while ago and at first the management Emil treated us with kindness but later on he started showing us his true colors and started treating us badly and neglecting his duties as a manager as well as being rude and inconsiderate. So if you are thinking that any of these people who don’t like are lying than just wait and see for yourself.
I lived at Scotia Apartments for two years and had a very positive experience overall. The location is one of the biggest highlights — it’s convenient, well-connected, and close to everything I needed, from groceries to being close to downtown. I called Scotia Apartments asking a simple question. Do you have any availability for a 2 bed 2 bath, and what are the lease terms. That was it. No attitude. No disrespect. Just a normal question. The man who answered spoke to me like I was bothering him. He was cold, dismissive, and rude. When I calmly asked why he was speaking to me like that, he hung up.
