Great customer service. Amazing results.
Very disappointed. I went three times this week and each time, during posted open hours, they were locked up and not open. So frustrating and very poorly owned and managed. Stay away for your own good.
Wow. I called and explained I’m getting married and have never had a suit pressed before and needed some assistance and guidance. Lady was very annoyed I had questions. I like to take my bussines local but I’ll be going to Burke because of how nice they were over the phone and actually exited for my business. Who ever answered the phone at 2:50 pm on July 1st 2025. Step ur game up your loosing customers
Lady who spoke to my wife over phone and assisted during pick up was extremely rude. Will never do business here again.
