Very disappointed. I went three times this week and each time, during posted open hours, they were locked up and not open. So frustrating and very poorly owned and managed. Stay away for your own good.

Wow. I called and explained I’m getting married and have never had a suit pressed before and needed some assistance and guidance. Lady was very annoyed I had questions. I like to take my bussines local but I’ll be going to Burke because of how nice they were over the phone and actually exited for my business. Who ever answered the phone at 2:50 pm on July 1st 2025. Step ur game up your loosing customers

I moved into town recently and wanted to find a good dry cleaner near my house. I dropped off my comforter and was told that it would take 2 weeks to get it back. That is a ridiculous amount of time for a dry cleaning place. When I brought it home, it spelled bad and the small stains were still on the comforter. I called and asked for a refund and she would not give me one, instead asked me to come in with it. As a business owner myself, the woman was rude, didn't make the situation correct and I will never go back there.
