Terrible service, food decent but seems to have gone down in quality last few years (scotch side).
My family celebrated a very special anniversary and we had an absolutely amazing experience!! The staff was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Our meals, as always, were delicious and arrived all at the same time, exactly how we ordered them. The staff was there with anything we needed. I would highly recommend Scotch for a special event. Our family’s favorite place to celebrate! Thank you to everyone! We will definitely be back!
100% top notch dining in Syracuse
We arrived at 4:50 and just waked out. What a disappointment. My husband was served his entree after waiting an hour. He never received his salad. I never received my salad or entree. I spoke to the manager Randy. He never came to our table. He never spoke to us. We just walked out. So disappointed in the service. Actually, the lack of service.
1st time there,great restaurant,very rustic and romantic atmosphere,great service,impeccable food,steaks are delicious, and the maple glaze steak sauce was to die for.
