My wife and I worked with Scot buy a home and also sell our home starter home at the same time. It was a tricky situation trying to line up the purchase and sale at the same time. Can't say enough about Scot and the Nicol Real Estate Group. From the outset, Scot was our guide. He really showed a clear understanding of our needs. Having been a lifelong resident of El Segundo, Scot has a wealth of information and knowledge about the city and is uniquely positioned to provide recommendations for our needs. I could go on. He was patient with us, didn't rush us, but executed on the strategy which helped us get into El Segundo (which is already a tight market!). Highly recommend.
