They took my $150 deposit in August to design my tattoo. The artist lost all of my info so I had to re-send it. I never got a design. He never responded to my request for an appointment. They completely stopped communicating with me, and ignored my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They never did any work for me but refuse to refund my deposit so I can go elsewhere for my tattoo.
I had an amazing experience yesterday with Neil Rubio. I didn’t come in for a big elaborate piece that would make a tattoo artist want to splatter it all over their page, and in the past I’ve actually been treated pretty bad for wanting a small tattoo. But the piece meant something to me and he seemed to care about that. He put in his full attention to make sure it was perfect. His amazing attitude, respect and kindness was out of this world! He’s definitely going to be my go to guy for all future pieces.
