My experience with Scope Restoration could not have been better. From he initial contact to completion of installation f my new roof, Justin Mefford was professional and extremely cordial answering all my questions and anticipating them before I asked. This as the most satisfying encounter I have ever hard with home improvement bar none. Cannot recommend them any higher!!
At first I thought it was too good to be true, but after I dealt with Justin Mefford from Scope, he alleviated my doubts and walked me through process step by step to file an insurance claim and brand née roof! At every step, Justin was professional, knowledgeable and downright friendly whenever I called. Scope promised and delivered on my highest expectations. I could not be happier.
My experience with Scope was a very pleasant one. Project manager Justin M****** was the one i dealt with through this entire process. Mr. M****** is very polite, knowledgeable and dedicated! When a date was set the crew showed up pretty early in the morning, they protect your personal property by moving things out of the way and covering with tarps. They completed my roof from start to finish in 6hrs. I am very pleased with scope and will most definitely contact them for more work in the future if needed.
Initially, I thought Mr. Brian was extremely polite and professional (representing a BBB A+ Rating contractor- which is how I found him). I believe he has the best intentions in performing a quality job. I hired him because I had water coming into my home from the roof and a left gutter which was flooding in the home. I showed him where the flooding came into the home, shared numerous pics and texts, and he came out to look. I was very impressed with my two roofs that were replaced on my property. It was an easy and quick process. Bryan worked with me and my insurance company. The process was very easy and went smooth. He was always available if I had any questions and would reply quickly. I am satisfied with the quality of the roof and the whole process. I will definitely recommend Scope Restoration Inc to my family and friends.
We used Scope Restoration for the second time in 1 1/2 years. We had the roofs replaced on our home and shed, the fascia/soffit customly replaced, and the carport ceiling replaced. Wow! All beautiful, affordable, quick and professional. Thank you Brian!
