We used Scope for smoke remediation after the Eaton Fire. They came out quickly the Monday after the fire and were communicative about the process and how things would work with insurance and answered our many many questions. I could easily get ahold of Veronika and run through any questions and concerns, and during such a stressful time I was so glad to talk to someone who would really hear me out. This smoke remediation company was a lifesaver after the Eaton fire. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and Veronika was especially helpful. She patiently answered all our questions, making a stressful situation much easier. The service was top-notch, and the team was professional. I've already recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (although I hope I never need them). Highly recommend!
We hired Scope to handle smoke/ash remediation in our home after the LA fires and they did a wonderful job. Any issue we had was discussed and handled with care and efficiency.
