The team did a great job of replacing flooring, painting walls, baseboards, and everything else we needed to make our condominium functional. They were very responsible and timely with all appointments. All of the workers did an excellent job checking to make sure that everything was done according to plan. After my plumber discovered extensive sewage leakage beneath my house, we needed immediate cleanup before any repair work could begin. We used Scope for smoke remediation after the Eaton Fire. They came out quickly the Monday after the fire and were communicative about the process and how things would work with insurance and answered our many many questions. I could easily get ahold of Veronika and run through any questions and concerns, and during such a stressful time I was so glad to talk to someone who would really hear me out. This smoke remediation company was a lifesaver after the Eaton fire. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and Veronika was especially helpful. She patiently answered all our questions, making a stressful situation much easier. The service was top-notch, and the team was professional. I've already recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (although I hope I never need them). Highly recommend!
