Scooters is not for the uptight judgemental crowd I have been to Scooters 3 or 4 times over the past years. I enjoy myself because I know what to expect and thats what I want. When I am in the mood to put on my best attire and go get treated like I am "something special", I will go somewhere in Dallas. Bad Hangout You can't argue with the prices at happy hour but take cash and pay as you go. A couple of the bartenders are less than honest and will take advantage when they can. Don't use the bathroom when you're there. Raw sewage is enough to make anyone sick! Also, don't get shy about seeing "day care" at the bar. The employees seem to be able to bring infants and/or toddlers in at the bar while they work. The food is questionable. Close to home Great place to hang out and play pool. I also always see a lot of poker players over in the poker area. Beer is cold, food is hot, and I liked it =)
Great neighborhood hangout! This bar is so much fun! There is something for everyone to do, TV's everywhere with different sports to watch....they have beer pong, darts, pool tables, poker room, food, karaoke, live DJ, dance floor, and beer on ICE! I hate to get a hot beer more than anyone and at Scooters the beer is kept iced down!! Love this bar!!
i love this bar its my kinda place I love this BAR its amazing the waitstaff is friendly helpful and easy to talk to the music is fun up to beat and the people there are easy to make friends with my friends and I are regulars who attend three times a week my boyfriend and I sing karaoke and the beer is cheap the food is a littlepricy but worth every penny sooooo let's clear up the discussion on ths BAR once again this is a bar not a church beggers can't be choosers anndd the whole children comment is a lie I have never seen ... read more
Scooters - Garland I do not recommend going to this bar if it were the last place on earth. Every person who works there looks like they are on drugs, or just returned from their other job at the local brothel. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BAR!
Don't go it hideous!!!! This horrid bar is absolutely disgusting, the waitstaff looks as if they were plucked straight from the crack house. The bar reeks of vomit, cheap perfume, and urinal cakes. No admittance if you're under 18 after 11pm but that rule apparently doesn't apply to the patron's children which consisted of infants and toddlers. Scooters Restaurant is horrible! This place had the worst service both times I've been. You have to sit for at least 20 minutes each time before someone will acknowledge you, or give you "service". Each time, my husband and I never did get a waitress to come over to the table. They were too busy playing pool or putting on makeup!
