Terrible service waited 2 months for a service which they said would only be one week to accomplish. 2 months later they tell me they haven’t even ordered the parts useless workers

Terrible service. Waited 9 weeks for a scooter, was told every week it was on its way. When it arrived it was sold in store that day to someone else. So Then I asked for money back, that took another ten days. Rang every day to ask where it was and was told doing it now. Only received money when threatened ACCC.
Total lack of customer experience, for top end items a little interest in the customer would be appreciated. Never experienced such rude service. Taking business elsewhere.
