I recently went to this location, and have sent an email to their support team asking for a full refund. The Strawberry Watermelon (with green tea) drink tasted like a lemon rind, bitter, and like chemicals. The coffee did not have heavy cream as requested, and far too much syrup. I did not receive the waffle sandwich, as they were out of stock, so I lost a dollar when substituting it for a burrito. This experience in almost every way was incomplete and unsatisfactory. This might be my favorite coffee shop ever. Stopped by for the first time ever and ordered a coffee for a friend and myself. The employee taking my order was very kind and helpful. The coffee was a great price, and it was delicious and fresh. I will definitely stop by again to show my partner how great this place is!
