I really wish we had a Scooter's in Dallas! I visited the Longview location and was blown away. I went through the drive-through and Emma was absolutely perfect. She was so helpful, taking the time to explain the entire menu and share her favorites. The Salted Caramel Frappuccino was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time sorry Starbucks, but it’s true! Decided to try Scooters after passing it a lot. The employees were very nice and personable. The Gouda egg bites were not good. I had a iced latte with no favor(my usual coffee) and it’s easily the worst one I’ve ever had. Barely taste the espresso and the drink had a funk to. I called to make sure the milk was good it was that bad.

Been going here since day one have ride or die status because we drink so many today they have a new crew and can’t get your order correct took her three tries and made it seem as tho it was my fault . Very disappointed in the new crew
