RecommendedI understand with Starbucks closing due to a COVID case that Scooter’s has acquired a ton of new business. I have accumulated 3 years Scooter’s experience in stores as busy as this one with two of us behind the bar but I’ve never had a line sit still for 10 minutes at a time. I’ve been here at a busy time (7 cars in the drive-thru if you can call that busy) and have sat in line for half an hour. I know people can work a little bit faster. The Fremont Scooter's is worthless. Last 3 times I have gone something is wrong. Waited the usual 5-7 minutes for them to make the 1 coffee for the car in front of me. Finally get up to my turn and my smoothie is wrong along with the breakfast sandwich I ordered (it magically changed into a burrito). Told them I didn't have time to wait and to not charge me for the sandwich. Was told she already ran the card. She couldn't figure out how to do a refund.
