I'd give Peter 10 stars if I could. In all my 39 years, I have never had anybody come close to the level of customer service I received from ScooterDoc. Peter ensured I not only got my scooter a whole two provinces away, he brought it to me and showed me everything I needed to know. He also ran beside me to make sure I was able to keep the bike upright. I was thrilled with the experience and how well I was treated. Peter took the time to make me feel comfortable driving again after 3 years after he explained the bill in detail. Would not hesitate to recommend them for service or buying a scooter!
The best place to get ur bike worked on they went above and beyond with my bike today got it working with abit of a leaning experience was a lil low on cash but was still able to pay but they didnt charge me for the work definitely gotta get them back with a gift or sum money truly felt bad leaving without paying anything i definitely recommended coming here for all ur moped parts and accessories truly are the best in the city and they know what there doing thank you guys so much
I had an amazing experience purchasing my very first scooter from Peter! He was so kind and welcoming. He even made my 3 year old part of the experience by including her in conversations and gifting her a little hot wheels Vespa to match her mom’s new purchase! Peter was extremely knowledgeable and very detailed when providing information about the Vespa that I was interested in.
