Just bought a new scooter and Peter and staff were great. Would recommend this business. Peter was great when I received my scooter he had me drive around the yard. He really cares about his customers safety. Would definitely buy here again.
Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. They were so thorough in explaining in detail how they repaired our Yamaha vino, and how to keep it running at its best. Prices were also very reasonable.
Amazing service. Great prices, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Peter really knows his stuff. Shocked by how quickly he got the work done and how friendly and clear he was about communicating what work he did and why. 100% recommended.
I'd give Peter 10 stars if I could. In all my 39 years, I have never had anybody come close to the level of customer service I received from ScooterDoc. Peter ensured I not only got my scooter a whole two provinces away, he brought it to me and showed me everything I needed to know. He also ran beside me to make sure I was able to keep the bike upright. I was thrilled with the experience and how well I was treated. Peter took the time to make me feel comfortable driving again after 3 years after he explained the bill in detail. Would not hesitate to recommend them for service or buying a scooter!
