This shop is terrible. I had a brand new scooter I bought from Pacific Motor Scooters in 2013. I first took it there to get a oil change, tired checked and the basic tune up procedures. A while later it wouldn't start so i took it back. They said it only had to be charged so they only charged me the pick up fee to bring it there. A while passed again and it wouldn't start so I took it back with a friend so I didn't have to be charged a fee in case it was the same issue. They call me and say something had to be replaced.
