RecommendedI understand with Starbucks closing due to a COVID case that Scooter’s has acquired a ton of new business. I have accumulated 3 years Scooter’s experience in stores as busy as this one with two of us behind the bar but I’ve never had a line sit still for 10 minutes at a time. I’ve been here at a busy time (7 cars in the drive-thru if you can call that busy) and have sat in line for half an hour. I know people can work a little bit faster. went through drive thru but lid did not fit my cup. coffee spilt down the side of my car. person working drive thru took cup back tried to refit lid on cup. handed back lid came off again to spill in my interior. worker took cup back and put in another cup. not happy
