required a new Tyre and tube for a scooter , asked for my detail and they would send me a quote , there was no quote sent , tried to call the store , recording message advise to leave a message and would contact me , there was no returned call . Called into the store and advise me that the Tyre wasn't ready it would be ready in later that day . Return back to the store before closing time , still not ready . Poor customer service have no responsibility or duty of care . Very disappointed .
