I called randomly looking for an engagement ring and Phillip spent so much time with me over the phone explaining the various cuts, clarity, and quality levels. He put me at ease and when I came into the store he had several selections waiting and was patient. I felt like I was chatting with a friend and not a salesperson trying to convince me to buy. He worked within my budget and the entire staff are extraordinarily helpful. They want you to be happy first. We will be lifelong customers!

Personal service at its best, along with quality jewelry. The estate pieces are awesome. My hb was going to have a piece designed for me, but then he found a perfect one here at a holiday stroll a few years back. When I was looking for a claddagh ring with a diamond in the heart, they had it. All my repairs go here as well.
