One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision.
