RecommendedI recently completed Adult BootCamp and highly recommend it to anyone suffering with scoliosis. I am over 40 and have tried many options throughout the years to feel relief from the pain of scoliosis and to help mitigate my chronic headaches. I am more hopeful than ever because within the five days of Bootcamp I started seeing and feeling results.
