Sclamos is useless and unreliable! Yeah, real great shipping. We were supposed to get a phone call when they were on their way. We came home to find a fridge that was bigger than the dimensions that we initially gave them. AND, it was just sitting on our back deck!! Real great service! They completely suck! I would never do business with them. You think their commercials suck?? Well at least the commercials match their customer service! I'd have done better hiring a wind up monkey!

Great buys, fast delivery I bought a washing machine at Sclamos a few weeks ago and I am very happy with it. Then last week, my dryer caught fire so I bought a dryer as well. They are easily the best price I could find locally or on the internet and since they are local, I know where to go if I have problems. I don't know what the 1 star guy's problem is but I rec'd a call for both deliveries and they were in and out quickly so I could get on with my day.

Great Deals I have visited and purchased from Sclamo's on more than one occasion. Their prices are very fair, and they deliver when they promise to. They even helped me out when I had a problem that wasn't exactly covered under warranty. They are very fair and easy to deal with, they have a large selection of new and used Furniture and appliances. PROS: A pleaser for any budget. CONS: none

Terrible experience Their delivery service was awful. I was told my mattress would arrive between 1-5 p.m., though I gave them my cell phone number, they never once called, even when they were 45 minutes late. My roommate had to deal with it at 5:45 and called me to come back. They were 45 minutes late, but did not wait the 6 minutes it took me to come back to the apartment and left the mattress on the wrong floor. rude management I give this business a big zero overall. An employee who acted authoritatively and seemed very knowledgeable sold me a part she convinced us was the one needed to repair my broken appliance. This part was rather expensive, but not as costly as replacing the appliance or having a repairman come. Stamped on the receipt given to me after the sale was made are the words "NO REFUNDS".
