This company is TERRIBLE!! They were scheduled to come to my house three times and missed the appointment every time. They also quoted me one number when they came to quote me and then when they tried to schedule something for the fourth time, they quoted me nearly double. Worst customer service and professionalism I've ever seen.
We have some dry rot around an outdoor window frame. Called and made an appointment for a technician to arrive between noon and 1:00. They said the tech would call one hour before arriving. They never called. I called SCLA at 1:15 and they said the tech would call me in 5 or 10 minutes to let me know when he could arrive. They never called. Not a good idea to hire people who do business this way.
This company is legit. SCLA Handyman was a great company so is their staffs. They knew their job so well. We had been trying to find time on getting a drain opened, but we don’t know how. But when he arrived things seems so easy and he fixed it without a sweat! I highly recommend them! We were so happy with the service we received from them!!!
When it comes to a company whose rate are affordable, reasonable and friendly for a first class service quality you have got SCLA Handyman behind your back! I would highly recommend as a very satisfied client of theirs! Friendly staff and amazing service!
Replaced a length of water pipe that had been punctured during a stump removal. Was here on time and completed the job in less than 10 minutes. Kudos to SCLA Handyman! Highly recommended! Reasonable prices and friendly service!!!
