Dave Beckmann with SCL Mortgage was great to work with. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and worked diligently to help me accomplish two tricky “outside the box” mortgage loans. I had a few other lenders already tell me the loans I was trying to do could not be done or had very high interest rates, but Dave was able to put them together and match them up with the best lender fit and got great rates! Thank you, Dave. I will definitely be referring more business your way.

We worked with Dave to refinance our home and he was great! He always communicated clearly and efficiently exactly what we needed to do via texts and calls. Where do I start? Immediate call back from my loan officer Rebecca ******after our initial inquiry. Having a special lending situation, she did not stop until we had our loan secured, and even after that, was working through nights, weekends, and after hour to close in a small window of time. I could not even begin to elaborate on how thankful we were to have her. Even after doors were closed for us, she did not take "NO" for an answer from lenders.
