Great Experience!!!! Nate assisted us with our recent refinance. He was AWESOME and got us closed in UNDER 30 days!! Nate was ALWAYS prompt in answering our questions and very professional. Marsha and Josh at SCL are wonderful! We had some unique situations going on with getting our re-fi but they were diligent and found solutions for our circumstances. We ended up using them for 4 different properties and will use them again for any future purchases we have. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We didn't think we had much of a chance of refinancing our mortgage because of special circumstances. We were so surprised and thankful that SCL was able to make it happen for us! We couldn't be more thankful. We are already saving so much each month!

Very poor experience! I was over promised at the beginning and under delivered through out. I was slammed into agreeing at the beginning. I was told 30-40 days and it took over 60 days. I was given a projected monthly amount several times throughout, but the final came in $50 higher per month. The final paperwork was forced on me for a certain timing, after I said Not tonight.

This was a great place for my refi loan. Monte **** worked with me almost daily answering my many questions and explaining each detail. Awesome and dedicated to customer satisfaction. From the very beginning I felt comfortable and secure with the process and quickly developed trust. The process was fast and I secured a refi loan quickly. I have financed many homes but this was the absolute best experience ever and a great rate thrown in. All I can say is WOW. You are the best.

SCL did a phenomenal job with my refinance. I received the most excellent customer service! All of my questions were answered timely, they took the time to walk me through the process and provided regular updates. This is the second time I've worked with SCL--I will continue to work with them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Gina at SCL Mortgage is awesome. My third time using her over the years. I'm self employed and still got a great rate. Better than anywhere else. She works hard and took a lot of time to answer all of the questions I had. I can't say enough good things about her!
