Stephanie, we had established that I wasn't going to be talking to anyone on the phone. Why would you direct me to three clinics that all require new patients to call for appointments?

Dr. Murugaverl was very kind and thorough for my first appointment. I haven’t been to the doctors in almost 8 years so I was nervous, but the appointment went smoothly and I was able to get bloodwork in office the same day. The low reviews kind of threw me off, but at the end of the day, you can’t please everyone. I had a good experience and I am happy that I established care here.

This office was a 5 star even BEFORE I had my appointment! Ashley M. is a ROCKSTAR! Due to complicated insurance, it took months to find a doctor who would take it, and Ashley helped beyond what she needed to verify my insurance eligibility. She explained things to me in ways I can understand without being condescending or rude. She was so kind and patient with me! I do not recommend I no longer had medicaid and needed a prescription filled so I called them to see if they could fill it and they said I had to make an appointment I told them I no longer had medicaid and and could not afford to come in. I told them its an important medication they said they would call they never did ..they are all about the money they didnt give a damn if I needed the prescription all about the mighty dollar.
