Do not go here. I was charged for an annual physical when routine preventative appointments like a physical are supposed to be free. I was then hounded by phone after the fact to pay a copay because of the way they coded the visit. When I would explain to them that is was an annual physical and there should be no co-pay, they were rude and did not take any steps to address or resolve the issue.
