This office was extremely difficult to get in touch with after I received a referral from my primary care. Over the course of 2 weeks I called every other day and left a total of 5 messages. None of my messages were returned and one day when they finally did answer the phone they informed me that there was an issue with my referral that I needed to check back with my GP about. Dr. Winn is great. Nice, knowledgeable and professional. The front office staff gets a one star. I spoke with them the day before the appointment, and they did not warn me that Dr. Winn always wants a urine sample for her appointments. First thing you see when you walk in the office is a board with office policies and info. There are misspellings and words missing from sentences so they don't make sense. I informed the front desk person of this and they said "I don't know who made those". They couldn't care less how unprofes... read more
The office staff is so nice and professional. It’s a great way to start an appointment as always Jennifer was a great listener and advisor regarding my health and helped me come up with a couple of strategies regarding self-care, etc.. The examination was very gentle which I always appreciate.
