What is the point of messenger if you don’t read and respond to messages??
Sciton, unfortunately, provides little assistance to its clients. I have an idle equipment for almost a year because a screen can't be bought here in Brazil or even directly with them in the US. Fabricio Guimaraes tried to get in contact a number of times, providing his phone number, email and every other communication medium, but couldn't get proper attention or any explanation. Think of what you have done to me. Your company sold a new laser Joule 2014 with a 6year old fragile and malfunctioning Capacitor assembled inside the box without disclosing it. You charged 250k at first. Also you charged $13,000 to repair the old fragile capacitor. Also your lawyer sent me a letter my prior post on Facebook about this is false statement. My experience with your laser and company is awful.
