Lance was instrumental with getting my entire roof, guttering & a broken window replaced when the insurance company said there was minimal damage. He is professional & patiently explained the insurance process thoroughly to me and answered all my questions. I am so impressed by ScissorTail! My mother, longtime resident of Norman, was facing roof damage and the need for an overall assessment of her roof, and dealing with a flood of water leaking in. They sent Matt and his team out within a day to do an overall assessment and to respond immediately to the major leak. The team was clear, helpful, understanding, and honest in their evaluation and proposal. They know their stuff and they know what it means to be a LOCAL, RELIABLE roofer. During this rainy season, a very large hole was created in my roof by a workman from another company. The Scissortail people came to my rescue and fixed the leak within an hour or two of my contacting them. I will definitely ask them to make some further needed repairs! They are very polite and helpful!
