We needed to have a ceiling replaced. It was done quickly and they were able to work with our crazy schedule. Both crews involved were great, and worked cleanly. We plan on working with Scissortail again.
Scissortail Roofing recently replaced my mom and dad’s roof. They are both in their nineties and have been vulnerable to unscrupulous individuals in the past. Matt and his team guided them through the roof assessment and insurance phases and delivered an excellent product that will last them many, many years. My parents are thrilled with their new roof and so appreciative of ScissorTail Roofing.
We had a great experience with ScissorTail. Lance Uhles was our main point of contact, and he was available to answer all our questions. He came a second time for an inspection because our insurance denied the claim at first, and he communicated with them to prove why we needed a new roof. He even came and reinstalled our new window screens for us! We would highly recommend working with this company!
Lance was instrumental with getting my entire roof, guttering & a broken window replaced when the insurance company said there was minimal damage. He is professional & patiently explained the insurance process thoroughly to me and answered all my questions. He was there from the beginning damage inspection, to being onsite when the ins adjuster made an inspection, to the very end making certain a window was being installed.
