I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years—probably over a dozen visits—and overall it’s been a great experience. Like many businesses, they’ve had some employee turnover that led to a few bumps along the way, but nothing out of the ordinary these days. The bar area is a nice touch with a good selection while you wait, and the staff has always been friendly and very accommodating with schedule changes.

If you call to make an appointment, and all they have available is at the end of their day, so you schedule it because you need a haircut - they will treat you like , give you attitude, and mess up your hair. Then when you respectfully bring it to their attention that your hair is extremely uneven, they will roll their eyes, make an audible noise, and put minimal effort in to fix it.. and you will have to go somewhere else to get it cut correctly. Really cool place, it has a full service bar! Alex did a really nice job with my hair, definitely knowledgeable and creative. 10/10 would recommend and go again.
