Went here for my first time. What a great experience. Reid was awesome! She was very professional but very social making the experience great.
The only reason I gave them 1 star is because they have the capability of giving a good haircut. However, they promise more than they can offer. I ordered the 15yr. and a beard trim that came with a beard oil. They never gave the facial scrub that comes with the 15yr. and they never gave the beard oil after the trim. It should not be the customer's responsibility to go through a check list to make sure they do everything they promise. I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid. WAY OVER PRICED FOR POOR SERVICE.
Went after a long day of work. It was my first time so they talked me through the process. It was fun and easy with a complimentary drink (can't say no to that, right?) The receptionist/bartender was awesome and friendly and Aubrey the Stylist was out of this world. I will definitely be back here sooner rather than later!
I sent my son and fiancée in today for their first experience. Making the appointments was super easy. Matt was very helpful and assured me they would have a great time. (Both of their birthdays are coming up) they didn't fail to deliver, Drea was amazing my 14 year old son was over the moon with the hot towel, and the back of the neck shave. They have gained two loyal customers and perhaps a massage therapist should they ever expand to those services. It sounds like a place that would be awesome to work for as well. Thank y... read more
