Scissors Palace, englewood cliffs NJ Update 1/20/23: The owner even fought back the dispute and took back the money. Never once offer to correct it somehow unless I paid again! She collected the money based on “services rendered” meanwhile she ruined my color and most important my length. Shame on you Liliana! Services rendered is not about making sure you collect your charges, it’s about leaving a customer satisfied as well! God bless
You can take down my review on google all you want! we both know that you ruined my beautiful hair and over charged ($175.00)me plus Refuced to correct it or tone it down. I even mentioned that I don’t like reds! I even said to you that I don’t like short hair! You gave me a boys cut and Copper is worse than red! what you put on my hair was different than what was on the color guide!! Shame on you and even for taking down the review!!
