I was having a hair disaster. I had went to another shop with another lady and asked for my hair to be like blonde highlights inspo attached below but she ended up making my hair orange and brassy, and I was having a breakdown so I called scissors palace and was contact with Veronica right away she face timed with me and I went in for a same day consultation and she was kind enough to open up the shop on Saturday at 7am to do my hair the next day as I had an event Saturday evening. I love Veronica, she is so sweet and kind, she goes above and beyond. I’ve been with her 10 years and won’t trust anyone else to do my highlights or extensions. You can see she loves what she does. Vero nos trató muy bien muy atenta a lo que buscábamos. Se nota la experiencia que tiene y como cuida que tu cabello no se maltrate.
